Intellectual Property Administrator - South West England
Are you seeking an exciting new role within IP? We are working with a reputable law firm in their South West England office, who are seeking an Intellectual Property Administrator to join their team.
This role is ideal for a candidate with existing IP knowledge and experience. Experience in patents is essential and trade mark/designs experience would be a bonus. The CIPA qualification is desirable, however this is not essential. For this role you must be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail as well as strong organisational skills.
Within this role, you will carry out a range of duties, to mention some:
- Processing and filing IP applications.
- Maintaining the firm’s IP database, adding any relevant information and deadlines etc.
- Corresponding with clients regarding their cases.
- Providing instructions for foreign filings.
- Dealing with client correspondence.
