Legal Secretarial Assistant – London (Hybrid)
We are working with a reputable law firm in London, who are seeking a Legal Secretarial Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, you will need around 6+ months’ secretarial experience within a legal / professional services environment, and a CILEX Level 2 / 3 qualification (not essential but preferred). Experience in diary management, drafting documents / letters, and liaising with clients would be highly beneficial.
Duties will be highly varied and will include:
- Raising cost quotes.
- Managing multiple inboxes.
- Data entry.
- Diary management.
- Drafting and filing important documents.
- Main point of contact for clients.
